The journal initiated as the Transactions of the SAIEE journal in 1909 and covers all areas of electrical engineering and in relation of <a href="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.ieee.org/membership/qualifications.html&amp;sa=D&amp;ust=1585594838731000">IEEE-designated fields</a>.</p>
